The Director of Enterprise Systems will lead the strategy, optimization, governance, and ongoing evolution of SKIMS' enterprise applications across EMEA, with primary responsibility for Net Suite ERP and its supporting business systems.
This role serves as the strategic bridge between Technology and the business, partnering closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Planning, Production, Retail, Operations, Ecommerce, and third-party technology partners to ensure enterprise systems enable scalable growth and operational excellence.
The Director will establish best practices, oversee system enhancements, drive process transformation, and ensure data integrity across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Inventory Management, and Financial Operations.
As SKIMS continues its international expansion, this leader will play a critical role in implementing new capabilities, improving business processes, and building a scalable enterprise systems roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Systems Strategy
- Own the functional strategy and roadmap for Net Suite and associated enterprise applications across EMEA.
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through technology.
- Translate business requirements into scalable systems solutions.
- Develop governance models, prioritization frameworks, and release planning for enterprise systems.
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend future-state solutions that support business growth.
- ERP Leadership (Net Suite)
- Serve as the senior functional owner for Net Suite ERP across Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, Procurement, and Operations.
- Oversee enterprise-wide Net Suite configuration, optimization, enhancements, and issue resolution.
- Prioritize system improvements alongside business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Partner with internal developers, administrators, and external implementation partners to deliver successful projects.
- Ensure ongoing platform stability, scalability, and adoption.
- Procurement, Inventory & Operational Excellence
- Lead optimization of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Inventory Management processes.
- Ensure efficient management of purchase orders, inventory movements, receiving, allocations, and financial reconciliation.
- Support inventory operations across Retail, Ecommerce, Wholesale, Franchise, and International markets.
- Improve inventory accuracy, operational controls, and system automation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that eliminate manual processes and increase efficiency.
- Systems Integration & Business Transformation
- Oversee integrations between Net Suite and supporting platforms including OMS, Shopify, WMS, 3PL providers, POS, and other enterprise applications.
- Lead enterprise system implementations, upgrades, and large-scale enhancement initiatives.
- Ensure successful testing, deployment, and change management for all major releases.
- Partner with Technology teams to establish scalable integration architecture.
- Reporting & Data Governance
- Establish reporting standards and enterprise dashboards supporting operational KPIs.
- Ensure high levels of data integrity across enterprise applications.
- Develop reporting capabilities that provide business leaders with actionable insights.
- Support audit readiness, compliance requirements, and internal controls.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Build trusted partnerships across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Production, Planning, Retail, and Technology.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to define business requirements and future processes.
- Develop training programs that increase enterprise systems adoption.
- Mentor and develop Enterprise Systems analysts while building a high-performing team as the function grows.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of experience supporting and leading Enterprise Systems within a fast-paced retail, ecommerce, consumer products, or fashion environment.
- Extensive functional expertise in Net Suite ERP.
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Inventory Management, Finance, and Supply Chain business processes.
- Experience leading ERP implementations, system upgrades, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated success partnering with executive stakeholders and cross-functional business teams.
- Experience supporting complex multi-channel environments including Retail, Ecommerce, Wholesale, and Franchise.
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems integrations including OMS, Shopify, WMS, POS, and third-party logistics providers.
- Experience managing external implementation partners and technology vendors.
- Proven ability to develop enterprise roadmaps and drive organizational change.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven leadership experience, including mentoring or managing technical and functional teams.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate business challenges into scalable technology solutions.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple competing priorities.
- Experience supporting international organizations and global ERP environments is strongly preferred.
