As we continue to grow across EMEA markets, we are committed to delivering seamless and exceptional customer experience. We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Wholesale Operations & Customer Services Coordinator to join our growing team in London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage wholesale and franchise orders accurately using ERP/order, across EMEA markets.
  • Monitor order progress from confirmation through to delivery.
  • Coordinate with the 3PL in Europe and logistics teams to ensure on‑time delivery.
  • Route and coordinate Ex‑Works shipments, liaising with customer‑nominated freight forwarders and managing customers’ booking portals.
  • Prepare and manage shipping documentation and export paperwork where required.
  • Prepare proforma invoices for pre‑payment customers.
  • Liaise with the AR team for payment discrepancies, compliance charges and credit hold.
  • Handle order amendments, returns, and credit requests.
  • Support the sales team with customers’ requests.
  • Build relationships with wholesale and franchise partners, and respond to enquiries regarding pricing, product availability, and deliveries.
  • Assist with sales orders reports and general order book management.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, pricing, and order data.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements and workflow optimisations.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date documentation, SOPs, and process guidelines.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, working with key accounts such as Selfridges, Harrods, Net‑a‑porter.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel & Outlook).
  • Solid understanding of wholesale order processes and logistics.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy across systems.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal teams and customers.
