You are passionate about working with clients, and by doing so you are helping major consumer goods companies to optimize their prices & portfolios. • Brainstorming solutions and writing proposals
  • Setting up research projects (including questionnaire creation, programming and technical setup)
  • Modelling and data analysis
  • Giving actionable recommendations and strategies
  • Working with clients from day one

While you\’ll be exposed to all aspects of research, this role is especially suited for someone with a natural interest in client management and partnership building. You’ll be encouraged to develop strong communication skills, gain confidence in client conversations, and gradually take on more responsibility in managing those relationships. Over time, your path will lean more toward the consultative side of our work which means translating research into strategic recommendations and becoming a trusted partner to our clients.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate is a dedicated, smart and enthusiastic team player. Typically, we are looking for someone with the following profile:

  • Relevant degree in Behavioral Economics, Business Economics, Marketing Management, or a related field

  • Strong interest in working with clients and developing consultative skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Proactive attitude expressed in extracurricular activities
  • Internationally-minded
  • Ability to quickly adapt to a complex, dynamic environment

Our offer

  • A hybrid working environment
  • A flat organizational structure where everyone is treated as equal regardless of any differences
