The Nitty Gritty:
We are looking for 1 new Lead Coach to work after school. The days are: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays. The times are pm (school clubs in Banstead, Purley, and South Croydon). Additional hours available during half terms and school holidays between 8am-4pm or 5.30pm (up to 35hrs per week). Additional hours available during Saturday afternoons for parties, Sunday morning/afternoon parties.
This is a part-time contract paid at £21.50-£30 per session depending on your experience.
You will always be working with one other coach at each venue, so you will be supported every step of the way.

The Perfect Candidate Will Tick The Boxes Below:
- You’ll have experience coaching primary school children
- You’ll be an FA Qualified coach - Introduction to Football as a minimum, UEFA C / FA Level 2 preferred
- You’ll drive
- You will have a clean Enhanced DBS or ability to gain one through us
- You won’t live too far away from us
- You won’t be shy and have bundles of energy and enthusiasm when coaching our children
- You’ll love the idea of working in a small team and understand the importance of doing a great job
- You’ll love forming positive bonds with our parents and respect their hard-earned money being spent on us
- Ideally you will drive and have access to your own car
- You’ll be reliable, hard-working, and all the usual stuff too
What Your Typical Week Will Look Like:
- After School Clubs: 2.45pm - arrival pm - session pm - sign out, pack away and feedback 4.30pm - home time
- Birthday Parties: Arrival 45mins before party to set up, 1hr of games, 20mins for food, 40mins for tournaments and matches, 30mins to pack away and tidy up
Paid at £40-£50 per party depending on your experience.
