Role overview
As an Account Executive, you will own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure. You will manage long, complex sales processes involving multiple layers of stakeholders, from highly operational roles to senior decision-makers. This is a non-transactional role, requiring strategic thinking, resilience, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise organizations.
Target Customers
Your target customers are enterprise companies with more than 1,000 employees, characterized by complex structures and long decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
- Lead complex, long-term negotiations with multiple stakeholders.
- Engage HR Directors, Heads of Talent Acquisition, Heads of People Development, internal recruiters, operational users, and executive decision-makers.
- Act as a trusted advisor, aligning operational needs with business and strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Build and manage a strong, high-quality enterprise pipeline.
Requirements & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in HR or HR tech (HR professionals considered).
- Proven experience in enterprise sales with long and complex cycles.
- Strong ability to manage multi-stakeholder negotiations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- High resilience and persistence are essential.
