Skillsoft is seeking a Senior Learning Consultant to lead and deliver a portfolio of standard and bespoke engagements across multiple customers. In this role, you will take ownership of planning and execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.
Engagements may include:
- Facilitating live and virtual learning sessions
- Designing and delivering leadership workshops
- Shaping and executing customer learning strategies
- Conducting needs analysis
- Curating and configuring content
- Building blended learning programmes
- Developing enablement and marketing materials
- Advising on L&D best practices
- Measuring impact through reporting and evaluation
Responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic oversight for the delivery of service engagements across a portfolio of Skillsoft clients
- Acting as the senior point of contact for customers, ensuring delivery aligns with contractual commitments and strategic objectives
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships with customer stakeholders to drive value realisation, long‑term partnership, and a high‑quality client experience
- Influencing and coordinating cross‑functional internal stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services
