Job Summary

Join a small, fast-paced team to pick and pack customer orders (E-Commerce & Wholesale) accurately and efficiently. Use picking sheets and warehouse equipment (e.g. hand trucks, ladders, electric trucks) to process orders. Operate the order management system to manage stock and ensure timely dispatch. Maintain high standards of customer service, safety, and housekeeping. Communicate issues professionally and contribute to team improvements and projects.

Main Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and rework orders to meet customer specifications.
Use the Order Management System to locate, pick, and pack items.
Despatch orders correctly and complete required paperwork.
Respond to customer queries professionally and report any issues promptly.
Maintain a clean and tidy workspace, including responsible picking and recycling.
Report health and safety concerns immediately (e.g. PPE issues, spills, unsafe handling).
