Collections Customer Service Advisor • Bradford, England
Loop (Yorkshire Water’s sister company) is looking for a Collections Customer Service Advisor to help customers who may be struggling financially. You'll listen to their situation, provide support, and work with them to find affordable payment options while making sure they can access any help and support available.
Loop is a contact centre that handles billing calls for Yorkshire Water and also supports services like income collection and debt recovery. It’s recognised as a Great Place to Work, earning a one-star award for being an outstanding employer.
The role is based at: Number One, Midpoint Business Park, Bradford BD3 7AY.

Qualifications
- 6+ months customer service experience.
- GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4/C or equivalent).
- Good communication skills and a friendly, customer‑focused approach.
