Responsibilities
- Support both management and team members in the day-to-day running of the service such as medication, allocating duties and overseeing the staff team.
- Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all people in our care.
- Support service users to access the community.
- Maintain a safe, clean environment for all including safeguarding.
