In this role, you'll design clear, attractive, and engaging user interfaces for mobile casual games, including menus, HUDs, pop-ups, onboarding flows, and more. On the UX side you'll translate game design objectives into smooth, enjoyable player experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop UX flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to support game features and systems.
- Collaborate closely with lead artists, game designers, developers, and product managers to ensure seamless in-game UI integration.
- Iterate designs based on feedback, analytics, and usability testing.
- Work with the art team to maintain a consistent, appealing visual identity.
- Utilize AI-assisted tools to generate ideas, create asset variations, and accelerate production workflows.
- Advocate for player-first design principles, optimizing UI for mobile usability.
What Weβre Looking For
- 4+ years of UI/UX design experience in mobile games, with a strong focus on casual games.
- A portfolio demonstrating polished UI and thoughtful UX design in live or released titles.
- Experience designing systems such as progression, economy, live events, or in-app purchases (IAP).
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools, including Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of UI/UX design experience in mobile casual games.
- Proven portfolio showcasing refined UI and strong UX thinking on published titles.
- Familiarity with designing game systems like progression, economy, live events, or IAP.
- Skilled in using Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects.
- Solid understanding of Unity engine.
- Open to integrating AI tools into the creative process (experience with generative AI is a plus).
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
