Are you an experienced Senior LiveOps Producer with a passion for managing release cycles and scaling processes for live games?
This is an opportunity to join a growing studio in the Greater London area, where you will lead production for an ambitious open-world multiplayer sandbox project entering early access.
What you\βll be doing
- Running production for cross-disciplinary teams including engineering, art, design, scripting, and QA
- Driving the LiveOps cadence by ensuring updates, hotfixes, and patches are scoped, resourced, and delivered on schedule
- Balancing feature development with bug fixing, stability, and community-driven improvements
- Collaborating with leads to define priorities, timelines, and resource allocation in line with the roadmap
- Identifying risks early and proactively removing blockers to keep delivery on track
- Championing process adoption and ensuring teams use the best tools, workflows, and practices for a live game environment
- Acting as the bridge between leadership, development teams, and community-facing roles to keep all stakeholders aligned
What we\βre looking for
- Proven LiveOps experience, with at least one shipped game managed through early access or soft launch
- Strong track record of leading cross-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced, start-up style environment
- Experience running a frequent release cycle (every 6β8 weeks), balancing new content with technical improvements
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to create clarity in complex situations
- Demonstrated ability to implement and enforce effective production processes such as reporting, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Based in the UK, with the ability to work from the Guildford office at least three days per week
