Are you an experienced AAA Games Producer with full project lifecycle experience, ready to help deliver a world-class open world action RPG? This is a permanent opportunity to contribute to a high‑profile, genre‑defining game within a collaborative and quality‑focused environment.

About the role… As Producer, you will play a central role in coordinating teams across art, design, engineering, and production to deliver high‑quality features on time and to specification. You will apply structured production methodologies, manage risk proactively, and ensure teams remain aligned with project‑wide goals. You will combine strong production fundamentals with an understanding of game design, art pipelines, and technical constraints, including console platform considerations. This role requires confident decision‑making, excellent communication, and a genuine passion for creating exceptional player experiences.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Production leadership and delivery
  • Drive alignment and collaboration within a team or department to meet project milestones
  • Ensure features are delivered to a high standard of quality, on schedule
  • Adapt production plans to respond effectively to changing demands
  • Apply structured production processes to maintain clarity and accountability
  • Risk management and problem solving
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate production risks early
  • Apply analytical thinking and structured problem‑solving approaches
  • Make informed decisions with confidence and communicate trade‑offs clearly
  • Continuously refine workflows and production practices to improve outcomes
  • Cross‑functional collaboration
  • Work closely with art, design, engineering, and other departments to support feature development
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders
  • Track progress, dependencies, and deliverables using project management tools
  • Ensure technical and console platform considerations are reflected in production planning

What we’re looking for:

  • Full project lifecycle experience in an internal production role within game development
  • Experience working on console titles with understanding of platform requirements
  • Exposure to modern project management tools and methodologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid understanding of art, game design, and technical fundamentals
  • Proven experience managing production risk
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality

What’s on offer:

  • Opportunity to contribute to a major AAA open world action RPG
  • Collaborative and inclusive studio culture
  • Hybrid working model with modern facilities
  • Relocation assistance if required
  • Clear focus on professional growth, development, and long‑term career progression

If you’re a driven AAA Producer who thrives in collaborative, cross‑functional teams and wants real ownership over feature delivery on a large‑scale RPG project, we’d love to hear from you. Apply now, or email Joe McKernan.
