Are you an experienced AAA Games Producer with full project lifecycle experience, ready to help deliver a world-class open world action RPG? We’re working with a leading first‑party game studio developing a major action RPG title and looking for a skilled Producer to drive feature delivery, cross‑discipline alignment, and production excellence across the project. This is a permanent opportunity to contribute to a high‑profile, genre‑defining game within a collaborative and quality‑focused environment.
About the role… As Producer, you will play a central role in coordinating teams across art, design, engineering, and production to deliver high‑quality features on time and to specification. You will apply structured production methodologies, manage risk proactively, and ensure teams remain aligned with project‑wide goals. You will combine strong production fundamentals with an understanding of game design, art pipelines, and technical constraints, including console platform considerations. This role requires confident decision‑making, excellent communication, and a genuine passion for creating exceptional player experiences.
What you’ll be doing:
- Production leadership and delivery
