Overview

Our client is an established games company working closely with indie developers and publishers to bring high-quality titles to market. As part of a planned maternity cover starting in March, they are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to take ownership of their digital sales channels during a key period of growth.

This role will focus on managing and optimising game sales across third-party storefronts while supporting the continued development of the company's own e-commerce platform.

In this role you will:

  • Manage and optimise game sales across third-party digital storefronts, with a strong focus on PC platforms
  • Own and deliver regular sales newsletters, driving engagement and conversion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stores and platform partners
  • Support the ongoing development and rollout of the company's own e-commerce website
  • Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue and visibility
  • Work closely with internal teams and external indie developers and publishers

What we're looking for:

  • 3–5 years' experience in e-commerce, digital sales, or commercial roles within games or entertainment
  • Strong understanding of the PC games market, ideally with hands-on experience using Steam
  • Experience working with third-party storefronts and external partners
  • Commercially minded with a strong grasp of digital sales strategies
  • Comfortable owning processes and working autonomously in a remote environment

  • Mid-level background in e-commerce or digital sales
  • Experience managing newsletters, promotions, or direct-to-consumer communications
