About the role
You will support the International Home Entertainment Marketing team in delivering marketing campaigns across digital and physical formats. Acting as a key point of coordination between international partners and internal teams, you'll manage marketing materials, creative approvals, promotional campaigns and stakeholder communications across a diverse portfolio of new release and catalogue content. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who combines strong organisational skills with a passion for entertainment, content marketing and international collaboration.
What you'll be doing
- Campaign & Asset Management
- Coordinate the delivery of marketing materials and creative assets to international partners.
- Ensure marketing assets are distributed accurately and on time across multiple territories.
- Serve as a primary contact for asset and marketing support queries.
- Maintain communications around marketing materials, release updates and promotional opportunities.
- Support ongoing marketing activities across new releases and catalogue campaigns.
- Creative Review & Approvals
- Manage creative review and approval processes for digital and physical marketing materials.
- Coordinate approvals with internal stakeholders, legal teams and international partners.
- Review partner submissions and provide guidance on creative execution and brand compliance.
- Support approval workflows for promotional partnerships and campaign activations.
- Marketing Campaign Support
- Assist in developing and executing marketing initiatives across international markets.
- Support catalogue promotions, seasonal campaigns and tactical marketing opportunities.
- Identify promotional moments tied to new releases, anniversaries and cultural events.
- Monitor campaign execution and collect examples of best practice from partners.
- Support organic social media initiatives and content planning.
- Stakeholder & Partner Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, consumer products, games and theatrical divisions.
- Support communications with international licensees, distributors and platform partners.
- Assist with presentations, market updates and promotional briefings.
- Participate in internal industry and research sessions and communicate key insights to the wider team.
- Operations & Process Support
- Help onboard and support local partners using company systems and processes.
- Maintain promotional calendars and content schedules.
- Ensure marketing resources are shared efficiently through company platforms.
- Troubleshoot partner issues relating to systems, assets and approval processes.
- Provide general day-to-day support to the marketing team.
What we're looking for
- Experience
- 2–3 years of marketing experience in a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Experience coordinating marketing campaigns and stakeholder communications.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
- International marketing exposure preferred.
