This senior leadership position will drive the evolution of data strategy, marketing measurement, reporting and audience insights, helping teams unlock greater value from data across campaigns, content launches and customer engagement initiatives.
About the role
You will act as the bridge between marketing, analytics, data engineering and data science teams, ensuring business requirements are translated into impactful data initiatives that drive measurable outcomes. This role will lead the development of self‑service reporting capabilities, first‑party data strategies and marketing performance frameworks while championing data literacy and insight‑driven decision making throughout the organisation. You will be responsible for identifying strategic opportunities, improving marketing measurement and enabling stakeholders to leverage data more effectively across the full customer lifecycle.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead the marketing data and insights strategy, driving business transformation through analytics and data‑led decision making
- Own and evolve enterprise reporting solutions built on platforms such as Tableau, Snowflake and marketing intelligence tools
- Expand data ecosystems to include media performance, brand tracking, social analytics, customer engagement and campaign measurement sources
- Partner with media and social agencies to improve reporting, insights and marketing effectiveness
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis, including correlation and regression modelling, to identify key performance drivers
- Develop and implement measurement frameworks aligned with business goals and marketing KPIs
- Serve as the primary marketing stakeholder for data, analytics and business intelligence projects
- Collaborate with data engineering, data science and analytics teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Define and lead first‑party data strategies across CRM, web analytics and social platforms
- Drive audience segmentation, targeting and activation strategies for paid media campaigns
- Deliver training and enablement programmes to improve data literacy and adoption of self‑service reporting tools
- Promote data governance, privacy compliance and best practices across all marketing data activities
- Work closely with legal and governance teams to ensure regulatory compliance and responsible data usage
What we're looking for:
Experience
- 6+ years of experience in data strategy, analytics, reporting or marketing intelligence roles
- Proven experience leveraging data to improve marketing, media and audience performance
- Experience leading cross‑functional data and analytics initiatives
- Strong background working with internal stakeholders, agencies and external partners
Skills
- Expertise in marketing analytics, attribution and performance measurement
- Advanced knowledge of Tableau for dashboard development and self‑service reporting
- Strong understanding of first‑party data strategies, audience development and customer analytics
- Experience working with marketing technologies such as DMPs, DSPs and campaign measurement platforms
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements into actionable data solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strategic thinking combined with effective project delivery capabilities
- Ability to identify meaningful insights from complex datasets and translate them into business recommendations

- Experience with Snowflake, Datorama or similar marketing data platforms
