Are you an experienced Business Development Director with a strong track record in driving new business growth within the gaming services industry? This is an opportunity to join a global organisation in North America, where you will lead the development and execution of sales strategies that deliver long-term client partnerships, profitable revenue growth, and operational resilience.

What you'll be doing:

  • Developing and supporting go-to-market plans while building and maintaining a robust, accurate pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
  • Cultivating long-term relationships with prospective and strategic clients through consultative selling and added-value problem solving.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor for clients, ensuring alignment with business needs and consistent communication at all levels.
  • Leading and supporting contract processes, including negotiating pricing agreements in line with growth and commercial objectives.
  • Representing the company at key industry events, driving new business opportunities, showcasing expertise, and delivering thought leadership through client advisory, workshops, and networking.
  • Partnering cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Commercial Finance to deliver seamless client outcomes and business success.
  • Leading and mentoring a sales team to build capability, improve culture, and consistently meet growth objectives.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven success in enterprise sales with the ability to detect, qualify, generate, and close new opportunities independently.
  • Strong sales experience in the gaming services industry with a well-established live contact network.
  • Evidence of exceeding sales quotas, winning new clients, and growing accounts.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong influencing, negotiation, and leadership skills with experience managing senior-level client and internal relationships globally.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly organised with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
