Are you an aspiring YouTube Editor with a passion for kids’ content and a keen eye for creative storytelling?
A leading entertainment brand is looking for a Junior YouTube Editor to join their UK-based Kids Marketing Team on a contract basis. You'll play a key role in supporting the video production pipeline for popular children’s channels across YouTube and TikTok.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career video editor to gain hands-on experience with major digital brands in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Editing short-form and compilation content from existing IP using Adobe Premiere Pro
- Designing eye-catching thumbnails in Photoshop to attract and engage young audiences
- Writing compelling, platform-optimised metadata including video titles, descriptions, and tags
- Supporting the delivery of weekly content across multiple YouTube channels
- Assisting with vertical video edits for TikTok when needed
- Ensuring all assets meet quality, compliance, and branding standards
- Using internal tracking tools like Monday.com and Excel to manage and log work
- Maintaining organised and clearly labelled files for easy team access
- Contributing ideas for new content formats and ways to enhance audience engagement
What we're looking for:
- At least 2 years of experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop
- Strong understanding of YouTube and its creator ecosystem (as a consumer or contributor)
- Excellent copywriting skills with a flair for writing engaging, age-appropriate titles and descriptions
- Solid organisational and project management skills with great attention to detail
- Proactive and communicative team player with a positive mindset
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and large volumes of video files
- Knowledge of YouTube Creator Studio and analytics tools is a bonus
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
