We’re working with a long-standing, highly successful independent game studio known for developing ambitious open-world sandbox experiences using their own proprietary technology. The studio operates with a flat hierarchy and highly collaborative culture, where developers across all disciplines are encouraged to contribute ideas and help shape both the games and the development process itself. They’re currently looking for a hands-on Producer to support development across multiple projects and help ensure smooth delivery, strong communication, and high-quality releases. This is a broad production role suited to someone who enjoys being deeply involved in development - from coordinating tasks and schedules through to supporting QA, release processes, and day-to-day team operations. You’ll work closely with developers across engineering, design, art, and QA to help teams stay aligned, remove blockers, and maintain momentum throughout development.
