About the role
As part of the EMEA Franchise Management & Marketing team, you will support the planning, coordination and execution of franchise marketing activities across a portfolio of globally recognised brands.
Working closely with regional teams, licensees and internal stakeholders, you'll help ensure marketing materials, assets and campaigns are delivered efficiently and effectively throughout the EMEA region.
This role provides broad exposure to franchise strategy, licensing, retail marketing, events, consumer products and cross‑functional collaboration.
What you'll do
- Franchise & Marketing Support
- Maintain and update franchise presentations, marketing toolkits and promotional materials.
- Coordinate the distribution of marketing assets and franchise information across EMEA markets.
- Support strategic marketing initiatives for key franchises and brand campaigns.
- Track and document marketing activity across the region.
- Contribute to weekly and quarterly marketing communications.
- Asset & Approval Management
- Manage marketing submission workflows through internal approval systems.
- Coordinate approvals with internal stakeholders, legal teams and external partners.
- Ensure marketing materials comply with brand guidelines and usage rights.
- Assign submissions to relevant teams and track progress through completion.
- Support the distribution and management of approved assets.
- Events & Stakeholder Coordination
- Assist with the planning and execution of licensing summits, retailer meetings and trade events.
- Build relationships with licensees and marketing contacts across the region.
- Support communication between regional and global teams.
- Coordinate agendas, meeting notes and follow‑up actions when required.
- Research & Market Insights
- Monitor retail activity, consumer products trends and competitor activity.
- Conduct store checks and market reviews across key retail channels.
- Gather insights from research, entertainment, gaming and consumer product teams.
- Create summaries and reports highlighting important market developments and opportunities.
- Track franchise marketing initiatives and curate best‑practice examples.
- Internal Communications & Systems
- Manage updates to internal Share Point platforms.
- Ensure marketing materials are organised, accessible and up to date.
- Communicate new resources and asset availability to relevant stakeholders.
- Support knowledge sharing across the wider EMEA organisation.
