Are you an experienced Finance Change Lead with expertise in Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, and finance transformation initiatives? Join a fast‑growing, data‑driven organisation where you’ll play a key role in managing and improving finance systems and processes. You’ll lead change initiatives, support system optimisation and ensure the effective day‑to‑day operation of core finance platforms, working closely with stakeholders across the business.

About the role

You will support finance transformation by managing core finance systems and driving change initiatives across Workday Financials or Adaptive Planning. Acting as a go‑to specialist, you’ll oversee system administration, maintenance and continuous improvement activities while also contributing to project delivery, business analysis and stakeholder engagement.

What you’ll do

  • Lead administration, maintenance and day‑to‑day operation of Workday Financials or Adaptive Planning
  • Support and deliver finance change initiatives, including project management and business analysis
  • Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to improve processes and system usage
  • Contribute to system implementations, upgrades and post‑go‑live support
  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, reporting and data accuracy
  • Communicate changes, updates and impacts clearly to stakeholders
  • Support ongoing optimisation of finance systems and workflows

What we’re looking for

Experience

  • Experience working with Workday Financials and/or Adaptive Planning
  • Background in finance systems implementation or post‑go‑live support
  • Experience delivering change initiatives within finance or business systems

Skills

  • Strong stakeholder communication and ability to influence senior management
  • Solid understanding of finance processes and system workflows
  • Project management and business analysis capabilities
  • Analytical, structured and problem‑solving mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Nice to have

  • Experience in insurance, financial services or similar sectors
  • Experience supporting enterprise finance transformations
  • Familiarity with data‑driven decision making and reporting tools
