We’re looking for a creative leader with vision, craft, and a restless drive to push boundaries. As Creative Director, you’ll set the artistic tone across pioneering projects while shaping a world-class team of designers, artists, and technologists working across London, Berlin, and remote. This role is hands-on and high-impact, balancing creative leadership with execution. You’ll steer work from first spark to final delivery, all while guiding a team that thrives on experimentation, collaboration, and new ideas. You’ll also be a key part of the senior team, helping evolve the studio’s identity and leading the charge on future-forward visual storytelling for global clients. What You’ll Be Doing

- Set the creative direction across all projects, ensuring work feels fresh, bold, and unmistakably distinctive.
