We're working with a highly successful, award-winning independent games publisher that is entering an exciting new chapter following a significant investment from a major media group. This is a first CFO hire at board level — a genuinely strategic role partnering directly with the CEO and institutional investors to shape the financial future of the business, with M&A-led growth firmly on the agenda.
What we're looking for:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
- Background in publishing or creative industries — an understanding of advances, royalties, and rights-based revenue is key
- Experience reporting to PE or institutional investors at board level
- Hands-on M&A and due diligence exposure
- Someone who wants to build, not just maintain
