About the role

You will support the growth of a football game platform by identifying, shaping, and delivering brand partnerships that feel authentic to players and commercially valuable to partners. Working closely with product, publishing, marketing, and legal teams, you will help define how global and local brands are integrated across in‑game and out‑of‑game activations. This role suits someone commercially minded who enjoys building relationships, pitching creative ideas, and operating in a fast‑moving, evolving environment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the definition and execution of the brand partnerships strategy
  • Identifying and pursuing new partnership opportunities, including sponsorships, global deals, and local activations
  • Building and maintaining relationships with brand decision‑makers and agency partners
  • Developing creative concepts that integrate brands naturally into a football gaming ecosystem
  • Collaborating with product, marketing, publishing, game design, and legal teams to turn ideas into executable proposals
  • Creating and maintaining sales materials such as pitch decks, one‑pagers, and case studies
  • Supporting contract processes, including NDAs and partnership agreements
  • Managing internal partnership processes and documentation using collaboration tools
  • Overseeing and evolving in‑game brand placements
  • Growing and managing a network of agency partners
  • Tracking trends across gaming, football, and social media to identify new commercial opportunities
  • Travelling occasionally as required

What we’re looking for

  • A self‑starting business development or partnerships professional with a strong commercial mindset
  • Confidence leading client‑facing conversations and negotiations
  • Ability to pitch ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing
  • Passion for football, gaming, and brand integration within interactive entertainment
  • Strong organisational skills and comfort working across multiple stakeholders

Your experience

  • 4+ years’ experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development
  • Experience within interactive entertainment, gaming, or sports partnerships is highly desirable
  • Proven track record of negotiating and delivering commercial deals
  • Experience working with partnership contracts and legal documentation
  • Strong understanding of football culture and the football gaming landscape
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Experience working in fast-paced, scaling environments

What’s on offer

  • Flexible working location, including remote options
  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • Health and wellbeing support
  • Professional development and learning opportunities
  • The chance to work on an ambitious football game with global reach
