In this 6–12 month role, you’ll work closely with incubation teams in Helsinki, San Francisco, and Tokyo, supporting them as they refine prototypes, build early traction, and test what resonates with players. • Designing and executing creative, data‑driven growth experiments to test and scale audiences
  • Building and managing unconventional growth channels, including short‑form content, influencer initiatives, and community experiments

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders across time zones

Nice to have:

  • Experience shipping early‑stage games or consumer apps
  • Background spanning product, analytics, growth, or marketing
  • Entrepreneurial, experimental mindset with a hacker‑like approach to solving problems
  • Interest in AI, gaming innovation, and community‑building
  • Willingness to travel internationally several times per year
