User Acquisition Manager – F2P mobile games Hybrid in London office – 2 days per week I\’m working with a client who are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to lead paid marketing efforts for their mobile games. You\’ll manage high-impact campaigns across multiple platforms to acquire new players and scale growth profitably. This role works closely with product, analytics and marketing teams. Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and optimize UA campaigns across multiple channels Analyze campaign performance using KPIs like CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention Own channel-level budgets and deliver efficient spend outcomes Collaborate with creative teams to test and iterate ad creatives Requirements : ~3 – 5 years of hands-on UA experience in mobile games ~ Proven success managing performance campaigns at scale ~ Strong analytical skills with Excel, campaign dashboards, or SQL ~ Experience with casual mobile games ~ Cross promotions, working with monetisation and live ops teams ~ Experience with analytics ~ Familiarity with tools such as Adjust and Appsflyer
