We are working with a client in central London who are looking for a Workday Finance Administrator. It's a hybrid role but that could be as little as 1 day on site per week. My client is building a new team to take their Workday Finance environment to the next level — and they’re looking for a skilled Workday Finance Administrator to join the journey. You’ll be the go-to person for all things Workday Finance and Adaptive Planning, supporting day-to-day operations and user queries across the Finance and P2P teams via EasyVista.

This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a role with hands-on impact, cross-functional visibility, and room to grow as they continue to expand their Workday Finance landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily operational support for Workday Finance and Adaptive Planning.
  • Respond to tickets from Finance and P2P teams and solve problems with a customer-first mindset.
  • Work closely with finance and non-finance teams to understand issues and deliver solutions.
  • Configure and optimise Workday Finance modules.
  • Administer and maintain the Workday Finance environment.
  • Develop clear documentation for configurations, processes, and integrations.
  • Support new feature rollouts and system enhancements.
Stakeholder Management

You will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or related.
  • Experience with Workday systems — administration, support, or implementation (Workday certification = a bonus).
  • Strong understanding of financial systems and business processes.
  • Ideally have experience working in international organisations and with cross-functional teams.
