We are looking for a small number of Associate Partners – Strategic Introductions: people who already have warm, trusted relationships with the right decision makers and can open the right doors.
What this role is:
- Not a sales role.
- Not employment.
- This is a relationship‑based partner role, not a sales job.
We are looking for people who can introduce SkillScend to decision makers in:
- HR
- Transformation
- Operations
- Learning & Development
The ideal Associate Partner already knows people who would actually take a conversation about performance, delivery, ways of working, capability, or structural improvement.
What you will do:
- Make high‑quality warm introductions
- Connect SkillScend with the right people in the right organizations
- Help us reach decision makers who may benefit from our work
That is it. No cold calling. No pipeline chasing. No selling. No account management. No delivery responsibility.
What is in it for you:
If your introduction turns into a paid client, you receive:
- 25% of the first paid invoice
- 15% of every future paid invoice from that same customer
- No upper cap
If the client comes back, you keep earning. If the relationship grows, your upside grows with it.
Who this is for:
- This is a fit for people who:
- Already have access to decision makers
- Are trusted by the people they know
- Can make thoughtful introductions without forcing them
- Prefer upside over a fixed fee
- Understand that quality beats volume
Who this is not for:
- This is not a fit if you:
- Need a salary
- Want a traditional employment arrangement
- Only have cold contacts
- Prefer selling over opening doors
- Expect us to teach you the market from scratch
What we are looking for:
We value judgment more than activity. The best Associate Partner will:
- Know which conversations matter
- Understand when an introduction is genuinely useful
- Protect trust on both sides
- Prefer long‑term relationships over short‑term noise
In one line: If you already have the right warm connections and enjoy creating real opportunities through trusted introductions, this could be a strong fit.
