Senior macOS Engineer

  • 2-3 days a week on site in London
  • Outside IR35
  • 6 months initially (likely to extend)

As the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Apple products, you will support Apple Mac devices using Jamf (Legacy) and Workspace ONE (Primary).

Collaborate with support teams and lead on OS updates, software deployments, security patches, and project work, including Unified Endpoint Management, cyber security solutions, and hardware refreshes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage macOS devices with Jamf Pro and Workspace ONE.

  • Collaborate with support teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.

  • Deploy OS updates, software, and security patches.

  • Implement and integrate Unified Endpoint Management and cyber security solutions.

  • Oversee hardware refresh projects for Apple devices.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Knowledge of Jamf Pro , ideally Jamf 200/300/400 certified.

  • Expertise in Apple Business Manager , ADE (formerly DEP), and VPP.

  • Proven Experience managing Apple products in enterprise environments.

  • Advanced Scripting Skills : Proficiency in Bash Scripting.

  • Comprehensive Knowledge of macOS operating systems.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Desirable: Knowledge of Omnissa Workspace ONE.
