We are seeking an experienced Intact iQ ERP Functional Consultant to support an established ERP environment, focusing on system optimisation, configuration, data quality and business process improvements.
The successful consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, resolve existing system challenges and maximise the functionality of the ERP platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and optimise existing Intact iQ ERP functionality and configurations.
Identify and implement improvements across Finance, Sales, Inventory, Procurement and Operations.
Support data cleansing, data integrity and reporting improvements.
Analyse existing business processes and recommend practical system enhancements.
Troubleshoot functional issues and support ongoing ERP administration.
Work with business users to understand requirements and translate these into system improvements.
Reduce reliance on external vendor support through effective knowledge
