We're looking for a Workday HCM Consultant to support the ongoing development, optimisation and support of a large-scale Workday environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Workday HCM experience who enjoys working closely with business stakeholders, improving processes and delivering high-quality system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide functional expertise across Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Organisations, Staffing Models, Compensation, Absence, Talent and Performance.
  • Support the configuration, enhancement and optimisation of Workday solutions.
  • Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests and system issues.
  • Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and support process improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with testing activities including system, integration and user acceptance testing.
  • Build strong relationships with HR, Payroll and wider business stakeholders.

Experience Required

  • Experience supporting, configuring or implementing Workday HCM.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practice.
  • Experience working with Workday business processes, security and organisational structures.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience working within ERP, SaaS or enterprise application environments.
  • Exposure to Workday Payroll, integrations or reporting would be advantageous.
