Skillsbay Ltd is seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Analyst to support and enhance a large-scale Oracle HR platform within a complex shared services environment.

You will handle live system support, continuous improvement, and change delivery across BAU operations and releases.

You will provide functional expertise across Fusion HCM modules, document changes, and lead testing and UAT activities while communicating clearly with stakeholders.
