We’re seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Analyst to support and enhance a large-scale Oracle HR platform within a complex shared-services environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong functional Oracle HCM experience who enjoys working across live system support, continuous improvement, and change delivery.
You’ll act as a functional SME, working closely with HR stakeholders, delivery partners, and third-party suppliers to ensure Oracle Fusion HCM is stable, effective, and evolving in line with business needs.
- Provide functional support and subject matter expertise across Oracle Fusion HCM
- Support BAU operations including incidents, problems, and system changes
- Identify and drive opportunities for process and system improvement
- Produce accurate functional documentation for enhancements and regulatory changes
- Support and lead functional testing and UAT activities
- Work with internal teams, suppliers, and system integrators to deliver changes
- Clearly communicate functional impacts, options, and recommendations
Essential skills & experience
- Hands-on functional experience with Oracle Fusion HCM
- Experience across one or more HCM modules such as Global HR, Payroll, Time & Labour, Recruiting, Benefits, Talent, or Learning
- Proven experience in a functional analyst or application support role
- Strong documentation skills (functional specs, change documentation, test evidence)
- Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience supporting system testing and releases
