We are looking for an experienced Application Engineer with strong Oracle Fusion expertise to support and enhance a complex enterprise ERP environment. This role will focus on functional support, continuous improvement, and change delivery across Oracle Fusion Financials and Procurement modules, working closely with stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion ERP, resolving issues and delivering enhancements.
- Support Finance and Procurement modules including GL, AP, AR, CM, FA and Expenses.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system solutions.
- Support and lead testing activities across system changes and releases.
- Work closely with stakeholders, third-party suppliers, and SI partners.
- Identify opportunities for system optimisation, process improvement, and automation.
- Contribute to change, release, and BAU support activities.
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion ERP (Financials essential).
- Experience with Oracle EBS R12 (desirable), particularly in finance modules.
- Knowledge of Oracle tools and data processes such as FBDI, ADFI, BI Publisher.
- Technical understanding of PL/SQL, integrations, or reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of ERP processes and finance operations.
- Experience producing functional specifications and supporting system changes.
- Familiarity with delivery frameworks such as Agile, ITIL or Prince2.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
