Finance Transformation Project Manager

Are you a qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CPA) with a passion for driving finance transformation ? We are looking for an experienced Finance Project Manager to lead finance system and process transformation initiatives , ensuring seamless alignment with financial strategy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end finance transformation projects , including process optimisation, system implementations, and reporting enhancements.
• Work closely with CFOs, finance teams, and stakeholders to define business needs and drive finance process improvements .
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP) and regulatory requirements throughout transformation projects.
• Oversee financial change management, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems, automation, and best practices .
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and risk, ensuring seamless delivery of transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CPA) – Essential .
• Strong experience in finance transformation, process optimisation, or financial system implementations .
• Expertise in financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance .
• Ability to translate complex financial requirements into structured transformation plans .
• Proven project management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams .
• Strong stakeholder management with finance leaders and executive teams .
