An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced finance transformation professional to play a pivotal role in a major Finance System Replacement project, leading on system capabilities and business processes to meet organisational needs.
Key Responsibilities

  • Finance System Implementation – Ensure the new Oracle Fusion Financials system meets business requirements and supports transformation objectives.
  • Chart of Accounts Design & Implementation – Lead the development and rollout of a new Chart of Accounts, ensuring alignment with reporting and management information needs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Work closely with key stakeholders at all levels to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
  • Project Leadership – Collaborate with workstream leads and technical teams to maintain focus, enthusiasm, and momentum.
  • Change Management – Support, promote, and implement transformation initiatives, driving adoption of new processes and overcoming resistance to change.
