Oracle Fusion ERP Delivery Lead in England

We’re looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the successful implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP as part of a wider finance transformation initiative. This role requires a confident delivery lead who can work across multiple workstreams, manage vendor partners, and ensure outcomes are delivered to time, scope, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end delivery plan for Oracle Fusion ERP (Finance modules).
• Coordinate activities across internal teams, SI partners, and key stakeholders.
• Track delivery progress, manage risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain strong stakeholder communication and reporting across all levels.
• Support governance processes and ensure alignment with transformation objectives.
• Focus on business readiness and a smooth transition into BAU.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering Oracle Fusion ERP (Finance) implementations.
• Strong background in managing complex digital or finance transformation programmes.
• Skilled in delivery planning, RAID management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Confident working in fast-paced environments and navigating change.
• Experience with public sector or regulated environments is a plus.
