Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd line Tech Bar support and escalation point in a customer-facing environment, delivering onsite and remote technical support.
- Support for macOS and Windows 11, plus iOS and Android.
- Microsoft 365 support (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Hardware and software support (laptops, mobiles, MDM, VPN).
- User onboarding and provisioning.
- Escalation to 3rd line/vendors with end-to-end ownership.
- Working to ITIL processes and ISO 27001 standards.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years' 2nd line/Tech Bar support experience.
- Strong macOS and Windows 11 support experience.
- Microsoft 365 administration experience.
- Active, transferable SC Clearance.
- Strong customer-facing and troubleshooting skills.
Nice to Have
- ITIL Foundation or relevant certifications.
