We are supporting a large-scale Oracle Fusion transformation and are looking for experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and Payroll specialists to join the programme on a contract basis.
Key Requirements
- Strong functional expertise across Fusion HCM and/or Payroll
- Experience working across both transactional and strategic HR areas
- Minimum 2+ end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM/Payroll implementations in large organisations
- 10+ years delivering complex ERP-enabled change (desirable)
- Proven ability to operate effectively in multi-vendor environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Excellent documentation and analysis capability
- Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving programme
- Active SC clearance required from day one
