We are looking for an experienced Project Management Support professional to join a major Finance Transformation programme involving the implementation of an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solution across multiple workstreams. This role is ideally suited to someone with a strong functional finance transformation background rather than a purely technical or IT-focused profile. You will work closely with programme leadership, business stakeholders, and workstream leads, supporting the coordination, governance, and successful delivery of the programme.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and track integrated project plans, milestones, actions, risks, and issues
  • Coordinate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder sessions across multiple workstreams
  • Produce workshop and meeting documentation, including actions, decisions, and detailed notes
  • Support the creation of process and solution design documentation under the guidance of senior team members
  • Prepare programme status reports and governance materials
  • Liaise with business stakeholders and project teams to ensure deliverables remain on track

Qualifications

  • Previous PMO, Project Support, Project Coordinator, or Junior Project Manager experience within Finance Transformation programmes
  • Strong understanding of finance processes and EPM environments
  • Experience supporting workshops, business process discussions, and requirements gathering activities
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to produce high-quality documentation and reporting
  • Experience working within complex, multi‑stakeholder transformation programmes

Additional Requirements

  • Comfortable working in a highly collaborative, face‑to‑face environment
  • Willingness to travel regularly, with approximately 50% travel to mainland Europe
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work across multiple concurrent workstreams
