Who We Are
Skills for Security is a leading UK training provider specialising in apprenticeships and technical education for the fire, security, and electrotechnical sectors, supporting learners and employers nationwide. This role will also support Skills On-Demand, our fast-growing digital learning platform, and can be based anywhere in the UK; however, the postholder would need flexibility to travel nationwide as/when required. This is a full-time, permanent role.
About the Role
You’ll take the lead in delivering high-impact marketing activity that supports learner recruitment, employer engagement, and brand growth across a dynamic and growing organisation in the skills and training sector. From apprenticeships to digital learning platforms, you’ll bring campaigns to life across multiple channels – helping individuals build careers while strengthening industry partnerships. This is a fast-paced, varied, and highly rewarding role where no two days are the same.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead Campaigns That Deliver Results
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, events)
- Align activity with recruitment cycles and business priorities

What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years’ experience in a marketing role
- Experience delivering multi-channel campaigns end-to-end
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Confident communicator with a flair for engaging content
- Data-driven mindset with an eye for performance and optimisation
