We’re looking for a creative, organised, and forward-thinking Digital Learning Designer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for the end-to-end design and development of high-quality digital learning solutions, shaping innovative digital content that supports learners, clients, and organisational growth. You’ll work from home as part of a collaborative national team, with occasional travel to our training centres/events for workshops, planning sessions, and team collaboration. This position would suit someone who enjoys blending creativity, instructional design, stakeholder management, and project ownership into one rewarding role.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • As our Digital Learning Designer, the end-to-end design and development includes scoping, concept development, instructional design, and production of engaging learning experiences that meet organisational and client objectives.
  • Designing engaging digital learning content and experiences.
  • Leading projects from scoping through to delivery.
  • Creating storyboards, prototypes, and interactive learning materials.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to understand learning objectives and project requirements.
  • Managing timelines, priorities, and project milestones.
  • Applying instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE or SAM.
  • Ensuring learning solutions meet quality, accessibility, and usability standards.
  • Contributing fresh ideas, innovation, and best practice to the wider team.
