Future Prospects:
Upon successful completion of this 22-month apprenticeship there is potential for progression into Compounding and Release, supporting your continued development and career growth.
Key responsibilities, although not limited to:
- Aseptic Manufacturing & Support Operations:
- Set up raw materials, containers, and equipment required for aseptic manufacturing, following GMP documentation and customer priorities.
- Perform routine and thorough cleaning and decontamination of cleanroom areas according to daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
- Perform transfer sanitization on raw materials and consumables.
- Conduct visual inspection of finished products in line with product quality standards.
- Carry out environmental monitoring and report deviations in accordance with SOPs.
- Perform quality control checks on materials and products, ensuring they meet specifications and are released appropriately.
To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate:
- English and Mathematics GCSE grades A-C (or equivalent).
- A keen interest in Pharmaceutical Industry (Aseptic/QC/Laboratory).
- High level of attention to detail and ability to follow detailed procedures.
- Strong communication and team-work skills.
- High computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office.
