Telesales Account Executive B2B Sales | £25,000 + Commission (OTE £45,000)

Location: Remote/Flexible | Join a Dynamic and Growing Sales Team

Are you a driven and ambitious sales professional with a proven ability to hit targets and build long-lasting client relationships? Were currently looking for a proactive and results-oriented Telesales Account Executive to join a fast-paced commercial sales environment. Youll play a key part in growing B2B sales of flexible Season Ticket solutions including Unlimited and Hybrid options available on monthly, quarterly, and annual terms.

This role gives you the freedom to take ownership of your sales pipeline, manage a portfolio of corporate clients, and play a hands-on role in business growth. If you thrive in target-led environments, are passionate about customer service, and eager to progress your career this opportunity is for you.

?? Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound telesales calls (75%) and manage inbound leads (25%) to secure new business

Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and follow-up

Present product offerings clearly and persuasively to a range of business decision-makers

Retain and expand client accounts through excellent relationship management

Consistently meet or exceed KPIs and monthly revenue targets

Record all client interactions and sales activities using CRM systems

Share insights, performance data, and market feedback with team leaders

Resolve customer concerns promptly with professionalism and clarity

Stay up to date with competitor activity, product developments, and industry trends

?? What Were Looking For:

Demonstrated experience in telesales or B2B sales, ideally in a performance-based role

Strong communication, negotiation, and rapport-building skills

Motivated, self-sufficient, and highly organised with a focus on achieving results

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms

Minimum of GCSE-level education or equivalent qualifications

A professional, customer-centric mindset and eagerness to develop within a sales career
