Role Responsibilities
- Carry out technical, managerial and design related tasks
- Responsible for monitoring and reviewing internal performance/output
- Effective team management to ensure key deadlines are met
- Carry out structural analysis tasks (implementation of Euro codes)
- Maintain healthy client relations, constantly briefing and updating
- Provide quality feedback and technical suggestions throughout conceptual design processes
- Be fully supportive of the management team and hierarchy
- Support and manage team members in India
Requirements
Education:
- Degree in structural/civil engineering (Bachelors or Masters) or equivalent
- Chartered engineer status beneficial
Essential skills and experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in structural design
- Extensive knowledge of BS and Euro codes
- Effective team manager
- Organised and methodical approach
- Strong work ethic
- Candid manner
- Able to manage multiple projects/tasks
- High level of English (written & oral)
