Job Description:

Skills Provision is searching for a Master Technician for a position in Essex, United Kingdom.

The employer is looking for a fully qualified master technician with main brand experience.

Visa sponsorship will be considered for this position.

Sector: Automotive

Position: Full-time

Starting from £39,000 p/a

  • Enrolled on the Performance/Efficiency Bonus Scheme
  • Accommodation support

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday 8 am – 6 pm
  • Overtime may be available

The Role

  • Inspect, check, analyse and identify vehicle faults
  • Supporting documentation is to be completed accurately
  • Utilise professional publications where necessary
  • Test parts and systems to verify they are in working order
  • Carry out all repairs to a satisfactory standard
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Adhere to Health and Safety regulations

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Formal master qualification held e.g. IMI Level 4
  • Main brand dealership experience is preferred
  • Valid driving UK driving license/International driving permit- If needed, conversion assistance will be given
  • Strong team member
  • Natural leader
  • Able to command respect
  • Act as a mentor to junior technicians
