The Role
As the Executive Assistant your primary focus will be to support the Principle and their household, ensuring an exemplary level of service is delivered at all times.
Daily duties may include but are not limited to:
- Management of day-to-day activities.
- Oversee and manage multiple properties.
- Provide calendar administration.
- Organise travel and itineraries.
- Plan executive family events.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Supervise household staff.
- Document handling and management.
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or similar, supporting senior leaders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Fluency in English.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Professional attitude.
- Personable nature.
