The Role
- Being accountable for all food stocks on site
- Maintain all equipment in the kitchen to company standard reporting when it requires maintenance
- Leading by example when serving food to our guests, ensuring that standards and service spec are always followed for a great guest experience
- Following and implementing the health and safety and food safety policies
- Setting your team up for success, delegate and follow up with your chefs consistently and often, coaching and giving feedback
