Role Details- Position: Electrical Lineman

- Working Hours: Between 9 and 10 hours per day (subject to seasonal variations). Flexible working patterns, contingent on target achievement.
- Uphold strong health and safety standards.
- Execute duties expected of an Electrical Lineman, including:
- Rigging tasks.
- Blocking and suspension assignments.
- Earthing-related work.
- Jumpering tasks.
- In-situ steel replacement.
- Interpret technical drawings accurately.
- Demonstrate a hardworking and conscientious approach.
- Exhibit teamwork and support managerial decisions.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as an Electrical Lineman.
- Prior experience working at height.
- Hands-on experience with HV Transmission Lines.
- Familiarity with High Voltage OHL Tension/Stringing.
- Knowledge of tower assembly techniques.
- Additional Skills (Desirable): Qualifications relevant to the role.
- Experience with puller/tensioner, erection, or tractor winch operations.
- A valid UK driving license (conversion support available).
