Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with all administrative functions.
- Work with company information and reports to identify groups of candidates who may be appropriate to undertake qualifications.
- Arrange times and dates for candidates to complete outstanding training aligned to their programme.
- Maintain accurate data across multiple CRM systems to complement internal and external reports.
- Process and handle internal posts to issue to relevant departments.
- Check candidates’ documents to establish compliance‑related issues.
- Maintain a forward plan of meetings to ensure that the company’s profiling targets are met.
- Undertake all general administration to support the operations function.
- Provide advice and guidance regarding the qualification process and associated matters.
- Provide written updates to customers on training agreements as required.
- Contact learners to ensure documentation is completed accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Adhere to the company’s equal opportunity policy, ensuring that all candidates, employees, and customers are treated fairly, impartially, and with respect.
- Report activity and planned meetings in accordance with company requirements.
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
- Carry out any other duties as deemed necessary by the line manager.
- Provide administrative support to the Profiling and Delivery Team.
- Complete learner funding packs in line with compliance requirements.
- Support booking of learner HSE touch screen tests.
- Support coordination of Site Safety Plus Training.
Training and Development
Apprentices will be allocated a Trainer Assessor and their training will be planned and delivered in conjunction with the employer to meet the individual needs of the apprentice.
The apprentice will spend 20% of their working hours in off‑the‑job activities and training. On‑the‑job and off‑the‑job training will be delivered in the workplace.
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.
Friday: 8:00 am – 3:30 pm.
